PAOLa (Careers Guidance and Accompaniment into Work)
Implemented in partnership with Siderfor, Ri.F.Or., Eurobic Toscana Sud SpA, WOW – Women On Work, a non-profit organisation, aimed at 60 employed and unemployed women requiring information, consultancy and support to be able to access or return to the world of work after a long absence. The courses were developed in line with the skills acquired by the users throughout their lives all taking into consideration their desires to take part in training and professional worlds in which they are underrepresented. The project also includes the development of models and tools to be included in a network of services for employment, and set up experimentation at the Job Centres in the provinces of Florence, Livorno e Siena.
