Financed by the Ministry of Employment in the area of positive action in accordance with law 125/91, aimed at supporting effective action for equal working conditions between men and women. As a result this project’s objective was to provide value to gender differences in the province of Livorno. Actions included the training of staff and managers of the local authority with a gender slant on communication, organisation and evaluation of human resources, investigation and research.
