Over 50, a project to help unemployed people

Who is over 50 risks to be inadequated in front of the changing processes in the labour market: excluded from the companies’ requests and from the innovations too. In order to answer to this problem was born “Senior at work” project: European commission financied it to the Province of Livorno, which gave the project management to Provincia di Livorno Sviluppo. The goal: to provide the adults of the involved area the opportunities of lifelong learning in order to develop a conscious path of life and career, excluding the marginalisation and the unemployment risks.
