Ado a mark to certificate gender quality

ADO, Azienda Donna Oriented, is the new mark for certification of gender quality, tested by Provincia di Livorno Sviluppo thanks to the financing of Tuscany Region. Gender quality means that the marks goes to the enterprises which broke inside the social barriers between men and women, because often gender profiles affect work sharing.
